What it is
Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq in Newmarket sits inside Westfield Newmarket and pulls together a circus-themed spread of activities that keeps families occupied well beyond a quick visit. Kids make a beeline for the claw machines and redemption arcade games, while bumper cars and a thrillrider add a few more thrills to the mix. Bowling alleys and virtual reality round things out for anyone who wants a change of pace.
The venue leans into its circus aesthetic — neon, noise, and a cheerful competitive energy — and doubles as a party and functions space, with specific packages for kids' parties and teen celebrations. Families have noted the arcade time is generous enough to let children properly explore before settling in to eat.
It suits primary-school-aged kids and older particularly well, and the mix of activities means a group can split up and reconvene without anyone running out of things to do.
What other parents say
A really fun place with lots of fun for kids big and small! I've had the cocktails on previous visits and they are epic. The cauliflower tacos on this visit were absolutely delicious and the kids meal was good value. We got the package deal with bowling, games and food credit which made for a good value day out. Staff are very helpful and lots of variety in the arcade games and prizes. Only downside is the overstimulation from all the lights and noise after a couple of hours which my daughter finds challenging, so we don't go that often but besides that it's a great place and very well run.
The owners and staff there must really care about their customers. We had our daughter's 5th birthday there on 14.06.26 and had consistent clear and accomodating conversations around the organisation of the party leading up. Our host, Susana, was absolutely amazing. Her communication was clear and her rapport with the young kids was friendly and playful. She gave us heaps of wait time for questions and was always attentive to the kids' every need. Can't fault this place! Hygiene, efficiency, organisation, communication and fun was all met! Thanks so much.

Great place to pass a few hours. If you have kids, the machines that provide tickets to exchange for a prize making buying a card for the games worth it. Some machines pay out a lot more tickets than others. Food is very good, recommended the pizza. There are 10 pin alleys if that is your thing and they have ramps for youngsters to use

I wanted to take our son who turned 3 years old out as it was his birthday weekend to do the dodgems. I had never been to New Market Mall before so found the carparking at first quite confusing. Archie Brothers is on Level 3, best parking is Green but we parked in Orange on Level B1 which you still can, just a 2-5min walk. Another thing to note is to get free parking you have to download Westfield App, wbich we did. We had 2 hours free. The dodgems are $9 per car- You load money on an Archie Brothers Gaming Card and scan the card as you enter the dodgems and the money gets taken off the card. You get about 3 -4 minutes. Obviously depends how busy it is whether there are enough people to fill the cars to make it fun. The area wasnt as big as I thought it was going to be for the dodgems but realise space was limited when mapping out the place when being built. Our son loved it! Overall I found the place abit dark and a little noisy for preschool children but it is a great arcade with plenty of machines to play and a tenpin bowling alley too. Also the dodgems are run it appeared about every 15-20 minutes. To be a driver you need to be over 130cm and passenger needs to be over 80cm.
