I genuinely can't believe how disappointing & shocking this experience was. I'd give zero stars if possible. The main attraction is advertised as a maze, but it really isn't a maze at all. You simply walk through a series of themed rooms with one obvious path. There are no choices, dead ends, or challenges that you'd expect from any kind of maze. The website states it takes 20 to 30 minutes to complete, but the three of us walked through it in just 8 minutes without rushing. They also advertise one hour of unlimited entry (which we chose to upgrade to), but after one walkthrough there's absolutely no reason to go back in. So that felt like a total ripoff. We also paid extra for "The Dream Room", which consisted of being locked in a pitch-black room for 7 minutes while noises played through a speaker, the floor vibrated & shook, and we were occasionally sprayed with water or blasted with air. It wasn't particularly immersive or entertaining. After that we did the "Brain cell" . We were given a briefcase and 20 minutes to solve a series of four puzzles, before the bomb "exploded". Unfortunately, the instructions weren't particularly clear. We reached our four strikes and "set off the bomb" in about 6 minutes, leaving us feeling more confused than challenged. For three people, this experience cost us almost $230. We left after barely half an hour, feeling like we'd wasted our time and were robbed of our money. At just over $75 per person, the value simply wasn't there, AT ALL. Rainbow's End was running a promotion for $45 per person during the same time period. We chose to spend around $30 more per person on this experience instead, and in return we got less than 30 minutes of "entertainment". The difference in value was absolutely staggering. I've happily paid similar prices for escape rooms and interactive attractions before, but this wasn't remotely comparable. It felt misleadingly advertised, far shorter than expected, and incredibly poor value for money. I honestly can't recommend it in the slightest. We left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and genuinely shocked by how little we got for the astronomical price. It felt like daylight robbery. The more we think about the experience the more upset and frustrated we feel.

Great experience yesterday, had so much fun. My nieces (11 & 15 years old) loved it, so did us 2 adults. The young girl who checked us in was very friendly and helpful (sorry I didn't catch her name). Would highly recommend, although best to get tickets discounted online as it could possibly be quite expensive for some families.

We had a great time! We have a 3.5 year old who loooved it (and went around three times), a 2 year old who was a bit scared and needed a few cuddles to get through (but who also needed a nap) and a baby who happily stayed in the carrier. We (the parents) felt a bit old cos it was more physical than we expected, but overall it was awesome! Pretty expensive so we wouldn’t go back anytime soon but an awesome activity. Lots of fun!
