What it is

The space is designed for interaction rather than passive watching. Children can get close to the holographic creatures, explore themed environments, and engage with sensory experiences woven through the visit. A single session runs approximately 40 minutes, with a double session available for families who want to linger longer.

Hologram Zoo also caters for children's birthday parties and school excursions, with dedicated packages for both. Parental supervision is recommended for younger children.

It was cool, fun for the kids going through the hologram area, then indoor park was fun for kids, i would have given a 5 star but no food in the place apart from potato chips and ice creams, no coffees or hot foods.

Took the kids to Hologram Zoo in East Auckland and it was such a cool experience! ✨ The place is super clean and well-organized, perfect for families. This time we did a movie + indoor playground combo, and it was awesome! 🎥🛝 The kids had a blast, and everything felt fresh and exciting. To top it all off, there was even a fun photo session at the end—such a perfect way to wrap up the visit. 📸🌟 Can’t wait to come back and try out a different film next time!

Good experience. Virtual zoo and animal encounter. My 3year old didn't quite enjoyed it but the rest did. There's a great play area.

This place is cool. But not quite as exciting for as you would expect for the price… (over $200 for myself and 3 kids - for 2 shows and playground). I expected to be walking through the ‘forest’ as it shows on website but it’s more like walking through rooms and seeing different tv screens. The effects were cool but the website had me thinking it would be a lot different than it was. Kids thought it was ok but a little disappointed as I sold it to them as more based from what you read online. Also glasses are too big and wouldn’t sit on my toddlers face. The playground is good though and we spent a few hours here. Also everything is very nice and clean which was a bonus.
