HIPPO Playground & Cafe

I’m so happy that my child can play in such a great facility. The staff are always very kind and friendly, and I love that there is a comfortable space where parents can enjoy a coffee while the children play safely. The facilities are well-designed and safe for kids, which makes it a wonderful place to visit. We come here often and always enjoy our time here.

Hippoland Playground and Cafe is a fantastic place for kids and families! The play area is clean, safe, and full of fun activities that keep children entertained for hours. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free for parents.

We booked a party room for my son’s birthday. I was told by a staff member named Jack that we could enter at 12:15 pm. As I was carrying several items, I walked into the room about 4 minutes early. The room was completely empty, but I was asked to leave and wait outside until exactly 12:15 pm. I understand that staff need to follow venue policies, but the way this was handled felt unnecessarily rude and lacking in courtesy. What disappointed me most was the staff member’s unfriendly attitude. Another concern was that a child injured their foot on the stairs while walking up, only the child and I were in the room. I asked a staff member if I could get an ice pack, but I was simply told to go to the front desk. In that situation, I had hoped for a little more assistance and care. A birthday party should be a happy and welcoming experience, but unfortunately these interactions left us feeling very disappointed.
