My Wonderland Indoor Playground

I originally left a negative review because, on my previous visit, I received a tea that didn't taste like what I had ordered, which I believe was due to the tea not being clearly labelled. It was disappointing, and I felt it was important to mention it. However, I wanted to update my review after our visit yesterday for my child's party. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and everything was well organised, making the celebration truly special. I'd especially like to commend Max, who helped with setting up and cleaning the party area. He was reliable, approachable, and attentive to all of our questions before, during, and after the party. He even went out of his way to offer to take photos for us, which was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. I'd also like to thank Sonja from customer service. She was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and made the booking process smooth and stress-free. The lady who prepared the pizzas did a great job as well. The pizzas were fresh and enjoyable, perfect lukewarm. The children loved the food, especially the Oreo dessert and the popcorn. In fact, the popcorn was so popular that it ran out quickly! It might be worth considering a party package with unlimited or extra popcorn, as it was definitely one of the children's favourites. The adult catering from BurgerFuel was also excellent. Both the beef and chicken burgers were delicious. The beef burgers were juicy, and the chicken burgers were crispy and full of flavour. The adults attending the party were very happy with the meal. I also ordered the same tea as on my previous visit, and this time it tasted exactly as I expected. It was clear that the issue I experienced before had been addressed, and I really appreciated seeing that improvement. I believe it's important to be honest about both good and bad experiences, so I wanted to recognise the positive changes and thank the entire team for making my child's party such a memorable occasion. We had a fantastic time, and I hope you continue providing this excellent level of service.

Nice place. Attended a birthday party. Clean and tidy environment. Staff super kind, even called me 'sir' Coffee was nice as was the food. Happy to bring kids here again. Only issue is limited parking. On weekends, the street is free parking but weekdays it isnt. The other parks within the complex are reserved and can not use. Other than that, Great place!

My Wonderland is a clean and well-designed indoor playground with colorful and safe facilities for kids. The staff are friendly and patient, and children can easily spend hours having fun there. It’s a great place for families to relax on weekends, especially for younger kids who need a fun indoor space to play and burn energy. Recommended to all.
