Good range of different items to win, but that's probably where they catch you. Just like many other reviews here the machines here feel more like a scam, with machines having a good grip initially but instantly dropping items as soon as it reaches the top due to its weakness. Alongside this, even the smaller machines are far too weak and claw too small to be picking up any items. I've been to many claw machine stores in Auckland, and this one has to be the worst with the most unfair/scam-like claw machines. I wanted to doubt the negative reviews here prior to visiting, but they unfortunately were accurate and should be a warning for all future customers If you're reading this please save your cash and go somewhere else with better machines.

This place is a total scam and rip off I paid $20 for 24 tokens and 2 of their claw machines ripped me off and took my tokens and wouldn't let me play the games or let me use the claw machines! 1 claw machine ripped me off twice and took my tokens both times and still wouldn't let me play and another claw machine there wouldn't let me play or work after it had already taken my tokens!! 2 of the other claw machines in there have something wrong with them where the claw won't even open or move at all this place is a major scam and rip off and worst of all there's no phone number or contact details to contact them on they don't even have a facebook page or anything to contact them on!! This place needs to be closed down and have customer service available it's a rip off scam that just takes your tokens and won't let you play any of the games or claw machines! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place and it was also very dirty in there and had drinks spilled all over the floor! I would appreciate a refund for the tokens that the claw machines took as it didn't even let me play at all and wouldn't work and I don't have instagram either so I have no way of contacting them! Also the claw machines pick up the toy's and drop them constantly despite the claw picking them up very well it constantly drops them so you can't win anything! I don't have tiktok or instagram and made it very clear that I can't message this company through there
