What it is
The Auckland Pet and Animal Expo at Auckland Showgrounds draws together everything the pet-loving family could want under one roof. Animals on show include dogs, cats, birds, chinchillas, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats and turtles, giving kids the chance to get up close with a wide variety of creatures.
Beyond the animals themselves, the expo covers products and services for pet owners, and a full programme of entertainment runs across the Performance Arenas throughout the event — plenty to keep the day moving for families who want more than a single lap of the hall.
