Zero Latency Auckland
Zero Latency Auckland puts up to eight players loose inside a 200sqm arena wearing wireless VR headsets — no cables, no backpacks, just room to move. The HTC Vive Focus 3 headsets deliver 5K resolution and 3D spatial sound, and the gun controllers track body movement precisely enough to make each game feel genuinely physical. Titles range from zombie shooters like Outbreak and Undead Arena to the Far Cry VR experience and space combat in Sol Raiders, so groups can pick the world they want to inhabit.

What it is
The minimum age is ten, and the games are built for adults, which makes this a better fit for older children and teenagers than for young families. Catering packages are available for private events, and group discounts kick in from seventeen players, making it a practical choice for birthday parties, school groups, and corporate team days.
For a rainy Auckland afternoon with kids who are past the playground stage, it offers something genuinely different — everyone emerges having played the same game together, in the same space, at the same time.

Absolutely brilliant experience. To be honest, I was not keen, my husband talked me into it. The idea of being attacked by zombies (be them VR) gave me the creeps. From the moment we got there, the lady on the desk was so lovely and helpful. The experience itself is incredibly good, albeit kinda terrifying. They have done an amazing job of making it feel as real as possible. There was only 2 of us doing it, and it was still heaps of fun, but definitely 3 or more people would be good to stand a better fighting chance, think zombies coming at you from all directions!. For something I was very hesitant about doing, it was actually really great and I'd happily do it again. The staff afterwards were also super kind and lovely and the damp cold towel is a good touch, as definitely worked up a sweat. Highly recommend. Thanks team!
What a great evening out with my family! Fantastic quality time together , heaps of fun and laughter afterwards! Thank you Zero Latency!
What an absolutely incredible experience! I visited a VR gaming venue in Auckland and enjoyed it so much that I didn't want to leave and that says it all really! It was my first time trying VR gaming and I am completely blown away. The immersive experience is unlike anything I've ever done before. It's honestly one of the best activities Auckland has to offer, and a huge bonus is that they're open till late, so there's no need to rush. Whether you're a first-timer like me or a seasoned gamer, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Do yourself a favour and go PS the bro on staff that does videography on the side solid man!!!
