Matariki for Tamariki

This enchanting performance follows a group of friends journeying across Aotearoa during the Matariki season, exploring lush ngahere (forests), mighty maunga (mountains), and majestic moana (oceans) whilst encountering native flora and fauna through seasonal change.

The wairua (spirit) of each of the nine whetū (stars) of Matariki inhabits the performers as they weave together karakia, waiata, and whakapapa in a joyful celebration of new beginnings. DJ Milan sets the mood before and after the show, with Māmā's Hangi on hand to complete the experience.
