What it is
Kitchen Chaos brings circus, slapstick and magic together in one gloriously messy theatre adventure at Aotea Centre. Spray and Wipe are magicians with a party to get to — but a terrible cake-squishing accident sends magic loose in the kitchen, turning everything topsy-turvy and leaving the pair scrambling to work out how baking actually works before the guests arrive. Expect pies in the face and plenty of mayhem along the way.
The show is part of a wider festival, with free activities and experiences on offer for curious young minds and their caregivers beyond the theatre itself.
