Flush Golf

Had sent an email two weeks ago as below. Not heard back. Guy in white shift must be the manager. EMAIL: Hi, we had a bay tonight for a couple hours for a work get together. We had a great time and thank you. I had put my credit card details on during the booking process so had assumed that the bay would be charged accordingly. However on leaving a “manager”?? In a white shirt pulled us up in front of other customers saying we hadn’t paid. This was embarrassing. I’m not sure what the process is but we received no invoice at the end of our stay in the bay which would prompt payment. We felt slightly berated by the attitude and tone of the white shirted person (sassy). After all that he mentioned even if you had left we had your credit card number on file. What would’ve been a great review and a great evening out was soured by a pretentious manager who has no interpersonal skills for mine. I hope he doesn’t own the place. What a shame. I was imagining bringing my 5 year old daughter back to have some fun but guess I can go to one of the many other facilities around Auckland.

Been here a few times now. love the fit-out and the gear's top-notch, but honestly? It's the staff that keep me coming back. Super friendly, actually welcoming. I'll be back again soon
