It is a really fun activity to do with friends!!! I enjoyed it alot, they had a wide variety of songs which was nice. But the controls are labeled in Korean and it is hard to navigate, the songs also start to replay which uses up our song credits. But if you talk to the desk person they will reload that credit back for you.

Incredibly rude service from the male staff member working tonight. He was glued to his phone the whole time. When I asked for mic covers, he literally just tossed them at me instead of handing them over. He kept mumbling his words and looked like he didn't want to be there at all. If you're going to act like customers are an inconvenience, don't work in customer service. Won't be coming back.

I’m on a solo vacation but I live in Korea so I was surprised how similar it is to Korean ones. The system was great and everything is labeled in English if you don’t know Korean and it has the most updated song list from different countries. I like that it’s something even a solo traveler can do. Drinks are available and the staff is nice snd helpful.

Horrible atmosphere; we went around mid-October, and the Korean girl kept slacking off and ignoring us while she watched her phone and talked to her friend outside. She spoke to us in a very rude manner, and it was clear that she did not want to be there. The whole experience was uncomfortable with very poor customer service. Although we had a great time singing, I can't recommend it because of how horrible and self-conscious we felt by the way we were treated. Please hire new, friendly staff or at least have the girl improve her attitude.
