although a tad on the over-priced side (mainly for gear hire and those items didn't feel or smell particularly clean I thought), the actual snow planet venue was still a memorable and fun place to spend a couple of hours. the kids loved the tubes, the atmosphere was pretty neat, it wasn't too busy as went during the week, and finished up in their lovely cafe. easy parking and check in for our booking.

Snow Planet is an absolute must-visit, From the moment you step inside, it truly feels like you’ve entered a real winter wonderland. The snow is fantastic, the atmosphere is magical, and there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a young child or just an adult who refuses to grow up! The Winter Wonderland area is beautifully designed and kept in excellent condition. The kids had an unforgettable time playing in the snow, building snowmen, throwing snowballs, and enjoying all the fun activities. As adults, we couldn’t resist joining in either—it brings out the inner child in everyone! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The equipment hire process was smooth, and everything was well organised. It’s great to see such a clean and well-maintained facility that allows families to enjoy a genuine snow experience regardless of the weather outside. Whether you’re looking for a fun family day out, celebrating a special occasion, or simply wanting to experience snow without travelling to the mountains, Snow Planet delivers an amazing experience. The smiles on everyone’s faces said it all. Highly recommended for families, couples, and groups of friends. We’ll definitely be back for another epic day in the snow. Five stars!
