What a fantastic experience! This was a surprise for my mum for her 65th birthday and even though she was scared, the team, Poppy and Fraser (Hamish) made her feel comfortable and safe. Their knowledge of the ngahere including its flora, fauna and wildlife was amazing. We cannnot recommend them enough! Thank you so much for having us and making mums birthday one she will never forget!

It was a wonderful and my first experience on the zipline… never imagined I would try this, I have Acrophobia, fear of heights. Both Ms Poppy and Ms Nicky were extremely reassuring and warm. And my family & I were extremely grateful for the memorable lifetime adventure and unforgettable experience EcoZip!!!😃 Wishing you and your company continuous success in your future endeavours! "An Unforgettable Adventure That Happened Spontaneously" Today I had the genuine pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable adventure with the help of a zipline. It was completely spontaneous — nothing was planned far in advance. It all came about thanks to a wine tour I was doing on the island; the guides there recommended it to me. I'm someone who's always up for anything, and I truly enjoyed every moment. I arrived on the island in the morning, where wonderful people — the company's representatives — greeted me. They took us to the adventure site in a comfortable branded bus. A pleasant surprise was that both the team and the group of participants were small, which made the atmosphere feel almost like a family. We had three different zipline sections to complete. And at the end, we hiked back — a walk through nearly seven‑hundred‑year‑old jungle. It was an unforgettable walk. Every stage was magnificent, but I especially want to highlight the team. They took care of us as if we were members of their own family. We were in safe hands, and the whole experience went perfectly. Despite having an international group — French, Americans, Australians — we all felt like one united whole, acting as a true team. That's something quite special, and it was largely thanks to our guides, who truly looked after us. We spent a few unforgettable hours together. I sincerely recommend this to anyone who visits this island — don't miss this adventure. It will be engraved in your memory forever. Once again, my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for the warm welcome, the genuine care for each of us, and the incredible emotions we received.
