This is teenage-birthday territory more than young-family territory, and the age minimums say so — standard paintball generally starts around twelve because of the impact, while archery tag and low-impact paintball open the same kind of game up to considerably younger kids.

Everything here is played in teams and priced per person with a group minimum, so it works better as a planned outing than a spontaneous one. Wear old clothes you do not mind marking, and check whether the quoted price includes paintballs — a refill part-way through is the usual way these outings cost more than expected.
