Toy Library Open Day Party

The Howick and Pakuranga Toy Library hosts an open day party during the July school holidays, welcoming families to come and see what the library is all about. Kids can get hands-on with the toys, while parents get a feel for how the fortnightly hire service works.

Running alongside the play session is a toy sale, a bake sale, and a second-hand kids' clothes sale — handy for picking up a bargain. Kids' entertainment runs through the morning too.

The event suits babies through to children aged ten, and entry is free. The library itself is a charitable community organisation serving the Howick, Pakuranga, and Botany area, so it's also a good opportunity for local families to consider joining up.
