What it is
The All Blacks are set to defend their 52-test unbeaten streak at The Fortress as they take on Ireland as part of the Nations Championship. Ireland’s visit will be their fourth to Eden Park since 1976. They have never won at the venue, although the rivalry between the teams has become increasingly competitive in recent years. The sides last met at Eden Park in 2022.
