Eden Park Rooftop Walk
Strapped into a harness and kitted out in a custom jumpsuit, families make their way across the rooftop of Eden Park, 34 metres above the famous No.1 field. Knowledgeable guides lead the group through parts of the stadium that even its celebrated sporting heroes have never seen, weaving in stories from the ground's 121-year history as the city's skyline and volcanic range unfold in every direction.

What it is
The lean-out platform provides the standout moment — cameras and phones are welcome on the walk, provided they're secured to clothing or a harness by a strap or lanyard. The whole experience runs to around 75 minutes and is AdventureMark Safety Audit certified.
Children need to be at least 95cm tall to take part, and those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of one adult per two children. The walk operates in most weather conditions, with guides making the final call on severe days.
