Sandy was awesome! He was super helpful with the room we did! We ended up doing the School of wizards room and it was so good!! Sandy’s customer service was exceptional as well, definitely needs a raise!

The Frankenstein Escape Rooms Takapuna was exceptionally well organised and delivered. The puzzles are not easy but with more time, I am sure anyone would be able to solve them and escape. Just make sure you do not spend too much time on one puzzle. Thank you for making the experience such an awesome one for my daughter's 19th birthday!

We had a great experience in the escape room, puzzles were challenging but fun. Gave us extra time which we really appreciated. Overall 10/10 would come again. Sandy was great and helped us throughout the experience.

The Doll was an amazing escape room. The staff was so nice, especially Eric. He deserves a raise. He was awesome with giving clues and was so helpful and kind. Definitely would recommmend to others, 5 stars! By Bianca and Hayley

It was our first time coming to this escape room and we choose to do a horror theme. The whole experience was very nice, Sandy was a great guide and helped us whenever needed! We’ll definitely be coming back for the other themes, overall I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to go with your friends. Theme: The Doll
