Howick Domain Picnic in the Park

A free community day out for the whole family, set in the park and packed with activities for kids and adults alike. Bring your picnic blanket and enjoy a relaxed afternoon with live music, cultural performances, and dancing. Kids will love the jumping castle, face painting, bubbles, and playground, while grown-ups can explore gym sessions and tai chi. The event is organised by a local charity with a focus on mental health and wellbeing. Food trucks will be keeping everyone fed. A special balloon release will take place during the day to honour loved ones. Lots of free entertainment and activities with a give a little page to help raise money for suicide prevention.
