Holey Moley

My friends and I had the bottomless brunch. The food was lovely, and the drink selection was great. The only downside was how poorly run the event was, they were grossly understaffed and it took us an hour to recieve the first drink. The bar staff is the only saving grace to this whole ordeal. We kept going up to the counter to request drinks that had been ordered but never arrived and we received countless apologies. The manager DID offer us a free round of golf as an apology for the situation, but when we asked for a follow up on our drinks, she seemed taken aback and put off by our request. I tried my best to be as polite as possible because I know how stressful these events can be but the manager response to our enquiry was a huge let down. She then proceeded to avoid us for the rest of the afternoon. Honestly appalling. When we brought the issue up to the girls behind the bar, they were all incredibly apologetic and made it up to us by providing amazing care and service in the last 30 minutes. Each of your bar staff offered sincere apologies and made sure to take excellent care of us until the end of our time. 2 girls stood out in particular, this was Misty and Olympia. Absolutely superb service, huge thank you to these two for making us feel so welcomed! This is my second time here but I will be sure to recommend this place because of their awesome service. Hopefully, you manage to sort the staffing issue out & the manager is able to step up next time!

If you want to know what it's like to have autism and adhd, then come to this place. It is so incredibly overwhelming and overhyped. Service is crap, food took forever (ended up getting a refund) and the waiters look extremely unpleased and pissed off. Music is terrible and there is way too much going on. I feel sorry for the staff who have to wear their hideous and mismatched uniform. Would not recommend, but if you are curious to experience what it's like to be on the spectrum - good luck buttercup and enter at your own risk. I felt like jumping into the harbour afterwards. I also came here for bottomless last year and was extremely disappointed. Food took forever, drinks were incredibly slow to arrive and top up (at least every 40 mins), not to mention they were so gross as well. Flies were everywhere upstairs, service was so slow and tables were left dirty for ages. We had to ask the servers multiple times for more drink top-ups, water, napkins etc. and sometimes they would just not arrive at all. Nothing bottomless about it. Do not go here and do not waste your money - it is not worth it one bit.

been there twice recently and both times staff were amazing!!...they all obviously love their work. Love how they presented chips in a supermarket trolley, very cute. Definitely will be back there soon!
