Spooks & Sparks

Spooks & Sparks is West Auckland's community Halloween celebration, held at The Trusts Arena, and it goes well beyond a simple dress-up night. Roaming Halloween characters set the scene from the moment families arrive, while live entertainment keeps the energy up across the evening.

There's an outdoor movie screening for those who want to settle in, food trucks to keep everyone fed, and family-friendly Halloween activities to work through before the night wraps up with a fireworks finale.

Costumes are very much encouraged, making it a good excuse to pull out the full family get-up and join one of the bigger Halloween gatherings on the western side of the city.
