Saddle up for a brilliant outdoor adventure at Auckland Equestrian Centre in scenic Coatesville. Expert instructors guide riders of all abilities through lessons on well-trained horses, making it a wonderful activity for children keen to connect with animals and build confidence in the saddle. Weekend and after-school sessions available throughout the week.

These guys are amazing. Apart from their attention to safety (Back protectors must be worn) and the welfare of their horses they are incredible at working with their young riders. Through their expert and intuitive teaching and mentoring, my daughter has become more and more confident in herself and around horses. Her lessons are the highlight of her week and we both look forward to coming to Auckland Equestrian Centre. Grahame and Linda are experts with animals and young people too. Not forgetting all the wonderful instructors who guide our riders through their lessons too. I can’t recommend the centre highly enough.

We have absolutely loved our experience at Auckland Equestrian! It’s been amazing to watch my daughter be nurtured and guided through her riding, and has truly supported her self-confidence not only in riding but in every aspect of her life. The owners and instructors are all very talented and knowledgeable and has a family feel every time we come. Would highly recommend! A+++

This is an excellent place for new riders of all ages. Being a new rider I have felt very safe at all times. The horses are well trained and well behaved with beautiful temperaments for learning. Grahame & Linda are very welcoming, patient, and have been incredibly flexible with my shift work schedule. They also treat their horses with care and respect. Am really loving my experience here, wouldn't go anywhere else. If you're a newbie rider wanting to learn - this is the place to come!

I decided to start riding again after a 20 year gap and I am so glad that I found Auckland Equestrian Centre to help me. Graheam, Linda and the team have been fantastic in helping me regain my confidence and find my riding skills again. It’s great to be enjoying all aspects of riding, from practising flat work, jumping, to having a fun ride trekking around the paddocks. The horses are fantastic and looked after very well but above all else there is an amazing community here that is supportive and fun. I have made many new friends through following my passion again. I highly recommend for anyone riding at any age and any skill level whether you are starting for the first time or returning like I did after a long break.

My daughter has been taking lessons here for a couple of months now, and everyone here makes the experience so amazing! Graham and Linda are so lovely! all of the horses are so well kept, taken care of and so well behaved and well trained, the arena is amazing and we can't thank Auckland equestrian and the team more! we can't wait for the next lesson
